When you visit somewhere you are not sure what to expect. From the moment I walked through the door to book a session, I was met by a smiling Lee-or who asked me to complete a history of my aches and pains as well as some medical details.

I chose Chiropractic treatment to help with neck pains I was having, especially when riding my sports motorbike. Also, I have screws and rods in my lower spine resulting in tightness up my spine, along with knee injuries from an exuberant youth.

When I returned for my first treatment, I was shown to the treatment room by Martin. The reception area and treatment room are spotless, open and airy. He went through my medical history with me as well as a physical examination of my aches and pain. He explained the treatment plan and then started.

After my second treatment my neck pain had gone when riding my motorbike. Slowly my back and hips were not so painful and I was able to get up and down easier than before.

After a few sessions I complemented my treatment with a deep tissue massage by one of the masseurs called Effie. My hips and upper back responded straight away by letting go of all the tension.

Overall a complete package with more being on offer. Martin working on the mechanical side of my body and Effie working the muscle side.

I would recommend the team at Peacehaven chiropractic without any hesitation.

From what I can tell they are building up a good client base which can be a good indication in itself.

After months of being unable to walk and in excruciating pain and many visits to the hospital, with several x-rays scan, epidurals and overnight and weeks as an in-patient, I finally was recommended to you. What a difference, the explanations and help received from you was 'bar none'. I then knew what was wrong and what I had, after being told at the hospital there was nothing more they could do and that I might never walk again. Then after the first treatment I felt the difference and over the 2nd and 3rd visits I was almost walking normally again, now I feel as if I have been given new legs, its all down to you and your marvellous treatment and help.

I had suffered with lower back pain and problems with my left leg, which a lot of the time, resulted in numbness and pins and needles in my left foot. This had been going on for approximately 18 months. The medical Doctor treated it as sciatica. I went to the hospital to see a specialist who sent me for an MRI scan. I got the appointment very quickly but had to wait 6 weeks for the results. When I got the results they told me that I had slipped adisc and that they recommended an epidural or removal of the disc by surgery. I wasn't too keen on any of the above so a friend recommended a Chiropractor to see if they could help. I got an appointment to see Martin very quickly. I didn't mention to him what was wrong just to see if he knew his stuff. He noticed the disc that was out along with the neck and mid back problems. I was really surprised but after my first assessment visit the pains seem to be disappearing very quickly and I was able to dress myself without the help from my daughter. For the next couple of weeks I saw Martin twice a week then after 6 sessions we went down to once a week. I just wished that somebody had recommended going and seeing Martin sooner as I spent a long time in agony when really I didn't have to.

I would like to say a big thank you to Martin for giving me back my life and being able to bend and walk as if the problem had never occured. Thank you very much for getting me better.

For the past 15 years I have suffered with tension headaches. Over that time I have seen several doctors who have given me tablets which have only ever masked the problem, and was told to try and relax more. Very difficult when you work in a school with 950 teenagers!

I decided to contact Peacehaven Chiropractic as a last resort and to be honest, was very sceptical that Martin could help, however a work colleague mentioned how he had really helped her.

At the initial appointment I was feeling very anxious, however Martins' professional and friendly manner soon made me feel more at ease.

I have nore had 4 sessions and already the pain in my neck has subsided considerably and even more amazingly, I have had no headaches!
